Who can purchase a Moj Blue subscription?Moj Blue subscriptions are currently available to only individual profiles on Moj that meet our eligibility criteria. Business/organization profiles are ineligible to apply for Moj Blue at this time.

What are the eligibility criteria for subscribing to Moj Blue?Your account must meet the following criteria to receive or retain Moj Blue:
- Your account must be older than 7 days and must be active at least once in 7 days prior to subscribing to Moj Blue.
- You must be 18 years or older for subscribing to Moj Blue.
- Your account must have your profile picture, name, username(@handle), and bio. Moj Blue subscription can also be availed by 4. 4 accounts with stage/pseudonyms adhering to the naming guidelines for such accounts.
- Your account must have a verified phone number.
- Your account must have no signs of being misleading or deceptive or impersonating.
- Your account must have no signs/history of engaging in activities violating platform community guidelines and spam.
Once a user subscribes to Moj Blue, all the benefits except Blue Tick will be made available immediately. Blue Tick will appear once our team reviews your account and if it meets our eligibility criteria.

What are the naming guidelines for stage/pseudonymous accounts?#
Allowed- Account compliant with our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and;.
- Parody, commentary, or fan accounts

Not Allowed- Account portrays another person, group, or organization/business.
- Account failing to distinguish themselves from another account.
- Account intended to deceive other users.
- Stock or stolen profile images.
- Other violations of our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

What does the Blue Tick mean?The blue tick means that the account has an active subscription to Moj Blue and meets our eligibility requirements. The blue tick does not verify the identity of the user.

Why do I need to go through a review process to get a Blue Tick?We’re committed to making Moj a platform where people can join and engage safely. We review Moj Blue subscriber profiles to curb impersonation of notable personalities, spam, and other deceptive practices to the best of our ability.
In case, a notable public personality like a Movie/TV/Sports Celebrity, Politician, etc. subscribes to Moj Blue, they may be asked for additional documentation to establish their authenticity.

Why can’t I change my profile picture or name after getting a Moj Blue subscription?In order to maintain platform integrity and potential misuse, Moj Blue subscribers cannot change their profile attributes i.e. profile picture, name, username, and bio for the first 30 days of getting the subscription. After this, a subscriber can contact the support executive to update their profile attributes. These changes will be reviewed and only if they continue to meet our eligibility requirements, it will reflect on the user profile. During the review period, the user profile will show existing profile attributes and no further changes will be allowed during this review period. Once a profile attribute change request is made, another request can be made only after 30 days.

What happens to my legacy Blue Tick?As we test and learn, there will be no immediate changes to accounts on Moj that already have a Blue Tick based on prior requirements. However, existing Blue Tick holders can also get a Moj Blue subscription to unlock additional benefits. Also, existing Blue Tick holders will be provided with adequate transition time to opt-in for Moj Blue or any other relevant service as and when a decision relevant to this will be made.

I don’t have access to purchase a Moj Blue subscription. Why?Moj Blue subscription is currently available only to select accounts on Moj. We are testing this product and closely listening to user feedback. We will be making further developments to the product before rolling it out to everyone. Rest assured you’ll get access to Premium very soon.

Why can’t I get a Blue Tick for my business?Moj Blue subscription is currently designed keeping in mind individual user/creator needs first. However, we are working on curating the best possible offerings for Businesses as well, and soon you’ll hear from us.

What happens if I don't renew my Moj Blue subscription?Once the subscription validity expires, all the benefits including Blue Tick will no longer be available on your Moj account.

If I’ve subscribed to Moj Blue, but decide I no longer want my blue tick, can I remove it?No, a Blue Tick obtained with a Moj Blue subscription cannot be removed by subscribers during the term of their subscription..

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with my Moj Blue subscription?Moj Blue subscriptions are non-refundable. Once the subscription is availed and your application is approved, you can not claim a refund. However, if during the initial review, your profile is found not eligible, a refund will be initiated.

What are the payment options available for Moj Blue subscriptions?Currently, we are accepting payment in INR only. Users have the option to pay through credit cards, debit cards, Google Play, UPI apps, and wallets.

Can I cancel my Moj Blue subscription or Can I switch to a different Moj Blue plan while I have an active plan?Currently, Moj Blue subscriptions do not support recurring payments, hence there is no provision for subscription cancellation. Once the subscription is purchased, all the benefits including Blue Tick will remain available throughout the validity period unless your account is found in violation of our terms of service. However, you can extend the subscription validity by getting a plan of higher duration and enjoy the benefits associated with them.

I have an active subscription to Moj Blue but my Blue Tick disappeared?Once the Moj Blue subscription is activated, your Blue Tick can be removed without any prior notice if your account is found in violation of our content and community guidelines. Depending on the severity of the violation, your account might be restricted from purchasing/activating Moj Blue for a certain period of time as well.

Will I get a refund if rejected during the review process ?Yes, the amount would be reverted back to your payment method within 5-7 working days.
